Time to move onto the next project!

After thoroughly enjoying the last project with Trend Bible some of our work was selected to feature in thier next Interior Bible!! so you will have to look out for it! But for now we are starting our next project which is a fashion fabrics module, we had to choose a trend from a well known forcasting magazine called Mix, the theme I have chosen is called Aromatic and is a winter 2012 fashion trend. So at the minute I've been busy collecting primary source materials and photographs for my moodboard, to me moodboards are the most important part of the process as it truely sets the theme along side the predicted trend, and helps to pick out the items your most inerested in looking at, here is my finished board:
All of the images on my mood board are my own photographs or found objects

All images and text remain the copyrite of Sarah Griffin

Inspirational Interiors

As I was doing a bit of market research I stumbled upon an Interior design company I had not heard of before called Miss Print, I really love the graphical style and blocked colours they use within their designs, I thought that I would just share a couple of my favourite designs with you and spread a bit of inspiration and creativity!

My first post!

After a nice long summer break we are back to college, but to be honest I am so glad its time to go back, boredom was starting to slowly creep in! But!.... not only that, we have just been introduced to our new interiors project and I am so excited!!! we are going to be working with a trend forecasting company called Trend Bible on one of their trend predictions for 2012-2013. I am unable to show any pieces of work for this project for copyright reasons, however I've been looking at their web page and have found some gorgeous things which are well Worth looking at!
